Obituary Zelma Lee Ely, 90, of St. Charles, VA, was called home to heaven on September 10th, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ewel Ely, and son, Bill Ely. She is survived by her daughters Belinda Ely of Melbourne, FL , Patsy Collier of Duffield, VA, and LeToshia Ready of St. Charles, VA, her sons Charles Ely of Silver Springs, MD, and Thomas Ely of Lenoir, NC, and her sister Jeweline Witt of Keokee, VA. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, September 15, 2018 at the Province Funeral Home in Pennington Gap, VA. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM Saturday with burial to follow at the Powell Valley Cemetery in Dryden, VA.
