Sarah Yvonne Fuchs, known lovingly as Yvonne, age 62, of Kingsport, TN, went home to be with the Lord on February 21, 2026.

Yvonne was born in Pennington Gap, VA in August 1963. She lived a life marked by deep faith, abundant love, and joyful laughter. She had a bubbly personality and a warm, radiant spirit that could light up any room. She never knew a stranger and had a gift for making people feel instantly comfortable and cared for. Her smile was quick, her laughter was contagious, and to know Yvonne was to feel welcomed and loved.

She was cherished by her husband, Jorge, with whom she shared 39 beautiful years of marriage. Together, they built a life rooted in faith, commitment, and devotion to family. Their love was steady, enduring, and evident to all who knew them.

Above all else, Yvonne's greatest joy was her family. She loved her sons fiercely and took immense pride in her five grandchildren, each of whom held a special place in her heart. Being a wife, mother, and grandmother was her greatest joy.

Yvonne's faith guided every part of her life. She believed deeply in the power of prayer and trusted fully in God's promises. She was a source of comfort, wisdom, and reassurance to many, always pointing others back to God's love.

Her parents Kelly "Jack" and Linda (Holmes) Bledsoe preceded her in death as well as her younger sister Teresa.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by sons Stephen (Jessi), Michael (Julie), and Matthew and grandchildren LilyGrace, Ophelia, Michael, Zoe, and Jonah Fuchs. Her sister Pam (Kevin) and nephew Dalton also survive her.

The family will recieve friends Friday, February 27, 2026 from 12 noon until 2PM at Pennington Gap Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow with Pastor JoelOwen and Stephen Fuchs, her son, officiating. Burial will follow in the Bledsoe Family Cemetery, Dry Creek Road, Stickleyville, VA. Pallbearers will be: Stephen Fuchs, Michael Fuchs, Matthew Fuchs along with other family and friends.
