Xavier "Zay" Regan, 21, of Pennington Gap passed away on Monday, June 24, 2024.

Xavier was born on April 12, 2003 in Oakland, Maryland. He was a 2020 graduate of Lee High School. Zay worked in construction. He was a proud father, loving son, caring brother, and close friend to many.

Xavier is preceded in death by his great grandfather, Billy Ray Morgan; great aunt, Gladys Mullins.

Those left to cherish his memory are his father, Justin Regan and mother, Courtney Regan; Children, Dani Mae Regan, Charlotte Rae Regan, and Levi Alexander Ray Regan; fiance and mother of his children, Neleh Virgin; siblings, Dustin Regan, Brooklyn Regan, Rhylee Curry Regan, Jayce Regan, Raelyn Regan, and Adalee Regan; grandparents, Debbie Marks (Dan), Sherrie Hurlock; great grandparents, Burita Morgan, and Judy Robbins; uncle, Eddie Regan; mother of his children, Ashton Goins; best friend, Christian Whitaker; along with several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

No formal services will be held.
