Obituary Willie Jo "Doe" Robbins age 78 of Pennington Gap,VA was born Wednesday, June 4, 1941 in Pennington Gap, VA and passed away Monday, January 6 ,2020 at her home in Woodway, VA. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Robbins ; her parents Haze and Evelyn Kirk. Willie Jo is survived by two sons Robert Robbins and wife Heather of Jonesville, VA, Ramey Robbins and Jolynn Hensley of Jonesville, VA; two sisters Kay Thompson and husband Wally of Church Hill, TN, Lou Ridings and husband Bob of Kingsport, TN; her grandchildren Kailyn Robbins and Ebin Robbins of Jonesville, VA; and many nieces nephews and extended family and friends.
