Obituary William Earl Parsons age 70 of Pennington Gap, VA was born May 18, 1951 and passed away October 27, 2021 at his home. He was preceded in death by his parents Fred and Mable Parsons, two daughters Tracy Vissel and Melissa Parsons, three brothers Jimmy, Roger and Fred Junior Parsons. He is survived by one son John Howard Parsons of Washington, UT, 2 sisters-in-law Donna Parsons of Kingsport, TN and Faye Parsons of Pennington Gap, VA, several grandchildren and special cousins Allene and Charles Shepherd and many friends. Visitation will be from 12:00 until 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at Province Funeral Home in Pennington Gap, VA. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday with Paul Davis, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Lee Memorial Gardens in Woodway, VA.
