William E. "Bill" Fleenor, Jr. 68, of Big Stone Gap went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 16, 2025 at his residence with his family by his side.

Bill was born on May 14, 1956 in Keokee, Virginia to the late Elmer Fleenor and Evie Bledsoe Fleenor. He was the youngest of 9 children,

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his grandson, Jesse Tyler Fleenor; 4 brothers, Doug, Bernie, Larry, and Lowell Fleenor; sister, Brenda Fleenor Seiber; half brother,Gill Fleenor; and half sister, Mildred Fleenor Collins.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 50 years, Pat Jones Fleenor; sons, Billy (Jacqueline) Fleenor and Brody (Whitney) Fleenor; daughter, Tomara Fleenor (Daniel) Fritz; grandchildren, Harleigh (Alex) Broadwater, Kadee (Decan) Fleenor, Jody Fleenor, Lakin Fritz (Trenton) Sluss, Lexi (Dylan) Fritz, Lacie Fritz Papaws Hummingbird, Ben Shell Papaws Little man, and Lacie Fleenor Papaws Princess; sisters, Ann Fleenor Davis, Joyce Fleenor Deaton, and Elizabeth (Sis) Fleenor Campbell; special friend, Dean Woolwine; along with several nieces, nephews, family members and friends.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at Pennington Gap Funeral Home. A celebration of life service will follow with Pastor Paul Davis Jr. officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home or a charity of your choice.
