Warren H. 'Butch' Wilder, 66, passed away in his Jonesville, Virginia, home on Sunday, December 17, 2017. He was born in Pineville, West Virginia, on November 18, 1951, to the late George and Ada (Newman) Wilder Dickson. On August 22, 1997, Butch married Sheila Wilder, and she preceded him in death on December 1, 2016. Butch graduated from Marion High School and worked in maintenance at Concord Village in Fort Wayne until his retirement. He was a champion pool player and enjoyed fast cars. Butch was also known for his great sense humor, and he especially loved his dog, Arie. He is survived by his daughter, Wendy (Danny) Jones, Marion; 7 grandkids and 2 great-grandkids; brother, Bill (Mary) Wilder, Jonesville, Virginia; and beloved 6 nieces and 2 nephews. Also preceding him in death were his sister, Brenda Goins, and one nephew. Funeral services were held Friday, December 22, 2017 in Marion, IN Courtesy of Province Funeral Home of Jonesville, VA.
