Obituary Wanda Mae Welch age 84 of Jonesville, VA was born in Lee County, VA on February 18, 1938 and passed away September 8, 2022 at Lee Health and Rehab in Pennington Gap, VA. She was preceded in death by her son Billy Welch, Jr., parents Clay and Lucy Fletcher, sisters Gladys Moody and Marie Martin, and a great-grandson Colton Barber. Wanda is survived by her husband Billy K. Welch, Sr., sons William (Paula) Welch and James (Angie) Welch, daughters Debbie (Ed) Preston and Teresa Welch. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held Monday, September 12, 2022 at Welch Family Cemetery in Jonesville, VA with Bryson Cothron Officiating.
