Wanda Kay Carter, 68, passed away on Friday, March 27, 2026, at her home in Rose Hill, Virginia.

Wanda Was born on December 26, 1957, to Margaret Milwee and the late Harold Milwee in Painesville, Ohio.

Along with her father, she is preceded in death by her sisters, Beverly Hart and Sherrie Bradley; brothers, Randy Milwee and Fred Milwee; former spouse, Gene Carter.

Those left to cherish her memory is her mother, Margaret Milwee; daughters, Erin Milwee (Kristopher) and Dee Carter; grandchildren, Lucas Smallwood and Sofie Norman; special friend, Oscar (Bugs) Spurlock, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Per her wishes, Wanda will be cremated.
