Virginia "Jenny" Ruth Coleman age 88 of the Wagner Town Community in St. Charles, VA was born Friday, October 19, 1928 in St. Charles, VA and passed away Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at her home surrounded by family and friends. She was a homemaker and a saint and a member of 60 years to the St. Charles Church Of God. She was preceded in death by her parents Oma and Horace Hilton, one daughter Kathy Short and one granddaughter Brook Winton. She is survived by one son Jerry "Tiger" Coleman and wife Linda of Jonesville, VA three daughters Sharon and late Roger of Detroit, MI, Kathy Short and husband Gary of Bulls Gap, TN and Lesa McQueen of Pennington Gap, VA. 11 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Three brothers Sonny Hilton and wife Darla of Pennington Gap, VA, Ronnie Hilton and wife Barb of Pennington Gap, VA Gary Hilton and wife Deb of Nashville, TN. Two sisters Faye Bruce and husband Lud of Harlan, KY, Nancy Dingus and husband Bob of Pennington Gap, VA. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 P.M. Friday, September 29, 2017 at the Greater Outreach Church in Pennington Gap, VA with Roy Webb officiating. Visitation for Jenny will be held from 6:00 P.M. Friday until time of services. Graveside services will be held at 11:30 A.M. Saturday, September 29, 2017 at Lee Memorial Gardens in Woodway, VA. Family and friends are asked to meet at the church at 10:00 A.M. Saturday to go to the cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
