Virgil Mooneyhan, 89, passed away on February 7", 2026 at his home in Jonesville, Virginia.

He was born on November 4*, 1936 in St Charles, Virginia, the second of six children, to the late Archie and Dulcie Mooneyhan.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in his death by his siblings and his wife of 39 years, Barbara Mooneyhan, as well as two grandchildren.

Survivors include his four children; Roger Mooneyhan and wife Mary; David Mooneyhan and husband Kenneth Chan; Donna Mooneyhan; Linda Blanton and her late husband, Tim. 8 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
