Obituary Vilene Dowell age 88 of Rogersville, TN was born April 2, 1934 in Jonesville, VA and passed away November 2, 2022 in Morristown, TN. She was preceded in death by two sons Burley Eugene Dowell, and Robert Lee Dowell, her parents Joe and Willie Garrett, three sisters Georgie Eagle, Mary Lee Garrett, and Thelma Jean Garrett, four brothers Andrew Garrett, Otis Garrett, Lawrence Garrett and William Henry Garrett. Vilene is survived by one daughter Dian Dowell of the home, one granddaughter Candace Rose Dowell and a great-granddaughter Katelynn Ree Dowell.
