Obituary Troy Eugene White age 66 of St. Charles, VA was born Thursday, December 11, 1952 in Keokee, VA and passed away Thursday, September 5, 2019 at Lonesome Pine Hospital in Big Stone Gap, VA. He is preceded in death by his parents Wilson and Dora White, two sisters Loretta and Karen White and brother in-law Randy Francis. He is survived by his sisters Donna Francis of Missouri, Elizabeth Ketron of Jonesville, VA, Sandra White of St. Charles, VA, Terri White of St. Charles, VA, Tresea Sargent and special friend, Michael Ketron of Pennington Gap, VA, Lisa Sargent and husband, Shannon of St. Charles, VA, Kathy Coomer and husband, Randall of Rose Hill, VA, brothers Danny White of St. Charles, VA, Travis White and special friend, Krystal Claypoole of Dayton, OH, many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
