Tracy Vanzant Britter age 44 of Dryden, VA was born Sunday, July 23, 1972 in Pennington Gap, VA and passed away Monday, February 27, 2017 at her home. She was employed by the Wallens Ridge State Prison as a U.S. Postal Clerk. She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Armps and Kathleen Miles and Eli and Mable Vanzant. Tracy is survived by her husband David Britter of the home, one son Austin Micheal Britter, U.S. Army, Germany, two daughters Mackenzie Shea Britter, U.S. Navy, San Diego, CA and Madison Skye Britter, U.S. Army, Quantico, VA, her parents Samuel and Arlene Vanzant of Dryden, VA and one brother Casey W. Vanzant and wife, Christine of Dryden, VA, one nephew Ryan Vanzant, one niece Destiny Vanzant. A funeral service will be held at 7:00 PM Friday, March 3, 2017 at the Province Funeral Home Sanctuary in Pennington Gap, VA with Clyde Hester officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM Friday until the time of the service. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday at Lee Memorial Gardens in Woodway, VA. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10:00 AM Saturday to go to the cemetery.
