Tony Curtis Garrett age 62 of Keokee, VA was born January 7 1962 in Keokee, and went to be with the Lord February 22, 2024 at Lonesome Pine Hospital in Big Stone Gap, VA.

Tony was preceded in death by his father Pat Garrett, Jr. and his step-son Holio Huff.

He is survived by his significant other Mary McKnight, mother Peggy Maggard Garrett, step-daughters Shannon Phillips, Brittany McKnight, Christina McKnight, brothers Richard Garrett, Joe "Jody" Garrett, David Garrett and Stony Garrett, one sister Stella Hoke and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

At his request Mr. Garrett will be cremated and there will be no services at this time.

The family of Tony Curtis Garrett is in the care of Pennington Gap Funeral Home.
