Tim Wayne Johnson age 53 of the Dot Community was born Friday, May 31, 1963 in Detroit, MI and passed away Thursday, August 3, 2017 at his home. He was of the Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by his parents Otis and Jimmie Mae Johnson, one sister Susan Ketron and one brother Franklin Scott Johnson. Tim is survived by three sisters Debra Likens of Gate City, VA, Lila Marie Johnson of the Dot Community and Pamela Kay Brummett of Jonesville, VA, two brothers David Johnson and wife, Rachel of the Dot Community and Dennis Johnson of Pennington Gap, VA. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, August 6, 2017 at the Province Funeral Home in Pennington Gap, VA with Greg Carmony officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM Sunday until the time of the service. Burial will follow at the Johnson Cemetery in Pennington Gap, VA.
