Thomas Raymond Mullins, 72, of Jonesville went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at Ridgecrest Manor Nursing and Rehab.

Thomas was born on January 2, 1952 in Lee County, Virginia to the late Carson Mullins and Sarah Holcomb Mullins. He was known all over Lee County as the "Lawn Mower Man". Raymond was a member of Woodway Church of God.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his brother, Carson "Junior" Mullins as well as an infant sister.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving and devoted wife of 46 years, Georgette Mullins; sister, Carolyn Harris who he raised as a daughter; step daughters, Sherry Kelly, Tracy Toth and husband Patrick, and Diana Clark; brother, David Mullins; along with several step grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at Pennington Gap Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow with pastor Cliff Ely officiating.

A committal service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 23, 2024 at Bethel Church Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10:15 AM to go in procession.
