Obituary Teresa Gail Cowan was a wonderful mother, mamaw, sister and friend. She left this world suddenly at the age of 62 on December 7, 2021. She was born to Grant and Geraldine Cowan on October 27, 1959. She grew up in St. Charles, VA and made many great friends and memories. Teresa had four children who she loved with her whole heart: JJ, David, Elaine and Brittany. Her greatest wish was for them to be happy and living wonderful lives. She loved spending time with them and making memories. Her pride and joy was her grandbabies. Her favorite hobby was spoiling them rotten. Teresa was a friend to all she knew. She was kind and selfless in ways that were inspiring. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Grant and Geraldine Cowan, two grandchildren Raelyana and Riverland Owens. Teresa is survived by two sons: JJ Ball and Cammie, David Randolph and Asia, two daughters: Elaine Barnette and Tony, and Brittany Randolph, sister: Judy Grace and Doug, two brothers: Wayne Cowan and Lisa, Junior Cowan and Sharon four grandchildren: Dylan, Kylah, Chandler and Adeline, also nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 12:00 noon Friday, December 10, 2021 at Province Funeral Home in Pennington Gap, VA. A funeral service will be at 12:00 noon Friday with Roy Webb officiating.
