Tashauna Lashay Muse, 32, passed away on Sunday, January 25, 2026, at UVA Medical Center in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Tashauna was born on November 9, 1993, to the late Ray and Vera Muse.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Karrmella Muse.

Those left to cherish her memory are her brothers, Brandon Muse (Marissa), Cody Lockston (Danielle), and Joshua Riley; grandparents, Glenda and Jerry Parsons; aunts, Misty carter, Tammy Hamman, and family; step father, Terry Harber.

The family will receive friends on Friday, January 30, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Pennington Gap Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow with Pastor David Parsons officiating.

Isaiah 40:31: "but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."

Revelation 21:4 (NKJV) promises, "And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away"
