Tammy Leona Shepherd age 60 of Jonesville, Virginia passed on Saturday, August 29, 2026 surrounded by her family. Tammy was know as a person of great love. She never had an ill word to say of anyone. Tammy was an avid collector of lighthouses, and enjoyed going to the beach and visiting antique shops. Tammy enjoyed life with her lifelong friend Elizabeth Johnson; they spent all the time together they could doing the things they both enjoyed however, going antiquing was top of the list. Tammy was also proud of her flower gardens and seemed to have one in every corner of her yard.

Tammy is preceded in death by her parents Charles and Vernie Langley, and her brother Lloyd Langley.

Left to cherish her memory is her son Jonathan Shepherd, daughters Alaina (Jason) Green, Elizabeth (Johnny) Carrington, grandchildren Landon, Maddyson, Arabella, Amilene, Joslyn, and Salem, father of her children Berlie Shepherd, brothers Frank, Ed ,Les, Lawrence, Floyd, and Melvin Langley, sister Stella Denson, and many other cherished family members

In keeping with her wishes Tammy's body will be cremated and no formal service will be held
