Obituary Susan Cain age 64 of Big Stone Gap, VA was born Saturday, February 21, 1953 in Pennington Gap, VA and passed away Monday, February 19, 2018 at the Heritage Hall Nursing Home. Susan was of the Baptist Faith and was Baptized in Big Stone Gap, she was also a homemaker, loved taking pictures, dancing, karaoke, but loved to sing more than anything. She was preceded in death by her husband Johnny Cain, parents Joe and Alice Pugh, sister Georgia McPherson, brothers Frank, Claude and Clyde Pugh. Susan is survived by her son Jeremy Cain and wife, Elizabeth Coldiron of Duffield, VA, daughter Janet Renee Rowland of Lee County, VA, grandchildren Jessi Adams, James Hess, Santana Adams, Cheyenne Rowland, Kaleb Coldiron, Jaxon Coldiron and great-granddaughter Kiah Rian Thompson. She is also survived by two brothers Paul Pugh and wife, Diane, Steve Pugh and wife, Betty all of Attica, IN, sister-in-law Linda Pugh of Indiana and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon Friday until the time of the service. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, February 23, 2018 at the Province Funeral Home in Pennington Gap, VA with Paul Davis, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at the McPherson Family Cemetery in the Maple Hill Community of Jonesville, VA.
