Sarah "Janie" Jane Gibson, 67, of Pennington Gap, VA passed away on Tuesday, March 5th, 2024. She was born on Saturday, June 2nd, 1956 in Saint Charles, Virginia.

Janie is survived by her sister, Iline Huff and husband Gary of Dryden; brother, Jerry Rose of Indiana; along with several nieces and nephews.

She was preceeded in death by her father, Roy Franklin Rose; mother, Emmer Juanita Burton; siblings, Elmer Lee Rose, John Calvin Rose, Geraldine Cowan, Cary Marie Flanary, Violet Lee Robbins, and Earl Eugene Rose; as well as step father, Larry Burton.

Janie will be remembered for her kind heart and generous spirit. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

No formal services will be held at this time.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help with final expenses.
