Sandra Kaye Chinault age 63 of Pennington Gap, VA was born in Oklahoma City, OK on Saturday, April 4, 1953 and passed away Saturday, June 4, 2016 at the Lonesome Pine Hospital in Big Stone Gap, VA. She had formerly worked as a server at the Mayflower Restaurant in Elizabethton, TN. She was preceded in death by her husband Bill Chinault, her mother Loraine Pollard Dunn and father Max Dunn and a sister Susan Yankee. She is survived by a son Kenneth Carmack, Jr. of Dallas, TX, three daughters Randie Fleenor and husband, John of Pennington Gap, VA, Teresa Gonzales and husband, Daniel and Samantha Carmack all of San Antonio, TX. She is also survived by nine grandchildren Cody, Chance and Cameron Fleenor all of Pennington Gap, VA, Kavin and Rylan Gonzales of San Antonio, TX, Tayrn, Adam and Aaron Crisostomo of San Antonio, TX and Nicholas Carmack of Dallas, TX, one brother Barry Dunn of Okalahoma City, OK, one sister Sharon Smith of Phoenix City, AZ and special friends Deb Webb of Church Hill, TN, Lynn Maverick of Elizabethton, TN and Karen Napier of Lee County, VA.
