Obituary Samuel Harold Kelly age 86 of Keokee, VA was born in Keokee,VA on Wednesday, August 28, 1933 and passed away Monday, January 13, 2020 in Kingsport, TN. Samuel enjoyed listening to music but loved playing it even more. He was preceded in death by his parents Ambrose and Mary Kelly, one sister Lois McCracken; four brothers Paul Kelly, Simon Kelly, Henry Kelly and Charlie Kelly. Samuel is survived by one brother Fred Kelly and wife Billie of Rodchester, IN special nephews Dave Kelly and Jim Kelly along with several nieces and nephews.
