Roy Lee Cain, 77, of Pennington Gap went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at Norton Community Hospital.

Roy was born on June 14, 1946 in Harlan, Kentucky to the late Jess and Margaret Cain.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his brothers, Ralph and Johnny Cain; and sister, Helen Hargraves.

Roy is survived by his loving wife, Dona Cain; daughter, Polly Jones and husband Chris; brother, Bud Cain; sister, Juanita Carter; nieces and nephews, Jeremy Cain, Jenny Carter, and Jeff Carter; brother in-laws, Samuel Dearry, George Dearry; sister in-law, Polly Lawson; along with several extended family and friends.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Sunday, June 25, 2023 at Cain/Dearry Family Home . Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the Cain home at 12:50 PM.
