Obituary Rosetta Ramey age 56 of the Monarch Community of St. Charles, VA was born Sunday, January 7, 1962 in Lee County, VA and passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at the Lonesome Pine Hospital in Big Stone Gap, VA. She was preceded in death by her husband Jeffery Ramey. Rosetta is survived by one son Anthony Taylor and wife, Crystal of Morristown, TN, two daughters Charity Rose Blackburne and husband, Jacob of Talbot, TN, Rosetta Eakle and husband, Jeremy of Indianapolis, IN, her mother Etta Stivers of Morristown,TN six grandchildren, one brother Eddie Davis of Morriston, TN and one sister Kathy Calton and husband, Junior of Woodway, VA.
