Ron Allen Miller age 61 of the Reeds Creek Community in Keokee, VA was born Tuesday, August 23, 1955 in Riverside, CA and passed away at his home Wednesday, November 2, 2016. He retired as a Senior Correctional Specialist with the US Government, was Veteran of the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War and a member of the Charity Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his mother Sharon Rose, step-father Kenneth Brannon and two grandchildren Joseph Whiffen and Kole Williams. Ron is survived by his wife Tammy Miller of the home, four sons Ron E. Miller, Jesse Whiffen, Joe Carpenter and Jesse Miller, four daughters Michelle Galusha, Tamara Hernandez, Shannon Williams and Jessica Hadley and his father Ronald Miller. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, two great-grandchild, one brother David Miller, four sisters, Marla Gispanski, Maureen Parniani, Sharon Price and Christi Ann Lopez. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at the Province Funeral Home in Pennington Gap, VA with Layne Pennington officiating.
