Obituary Rodney Lynn Fullington, age 56 of Morristown, TN, was born May 29, 1965, and departed this earthly life for his heavenly home on March 25, 2022. He was saved at an early age at Roe Junction Baptist Church. Rodney loved sports, the outdoors and was an avid fisherman. He spent countless hours bass fishing on his beloved home away from home, Cherokee Lake. Rodney is predeceased by his grandparents Frank and Cora Harris and Horace and Mary Fullington. Rodney leaves behind the love of his life Debra Cope and his beloved chocolate lab, Buddy. Rodney is also survived by his sons, Jordan Fullington and Evan Mason; his parents, Bill and Judy Fullington; his 2 brothers, Tommy (Sue) Fullington and Joey (Kathy) Fullington; his granddaughter, Addison Jade Fullington; and nephew, Joseph Fullington. Rodney also leaves behind a host of extended family, friends and neighbors. Friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 p.m. Monday, March 28, 2022 at Alder Funeral Home located at 4524 West Andrew Johnson Highway Morristown, TN and the funeral services will immediately follow Monday at 7:00 p.m. with Reverends Roger Porter, Terry Winstead and Mark Tanner officiating. Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at Hamblen Memory Gardens located at 5421 East Andrew Johnson Highway, Morristown, TN. Services
