Obituary Robert Eugene Tomlinson, age 62, of Duffield, VA, passed away early Wednesday morning while at TriStar Centennial Medical Center, Nashville Tennessee after a Brief Illness. He was born June 21, 1960 a son of the late Robert and Maude (Barnette) Tomlinson in Baltimore Maryland. He was a merchant seaman for many years before moving to southwest Virginia Preceded in death by his parents, he was also preceded in death by: siblings Shelby Tomlinson, Brenda Tomlinson and Kathy Ward. Along with a daughter Jessica on March 26, 2023 He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years: Carolyn (Miles) Tomlinson Daughter: Jennifer Tomlinson Son: Michael Dickenson 2 grandsons: Bryson Rogers and Zachary Russell Brother: Gary Tomlinson Sister: Lynn Huffins Also several nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members along with a host of friends. In accordance with the wishes of Robert and the family, his body will be cremated and no services will be held.
