Obituary Rita Louise Bledsoe age 63 of Keokee, VA was born June 13, 1958 in Ben Hur, VA and passed away March 22, 2022 at Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents Ollie and Dollie Wood, one sister Betty Slage, three brothers Vernon, Olin and Glen Wood. Rita is survived by her husband Curtis Bledsoe of the home, two daughters Amanda Wood of Skippack, PA and Amy Bledsoe of St. Charles, VA, five grandchildren Hunter, Ana, Aiden, Silas and Emmitt, three brothers David Wood of Jonesville, VA, Gary Wood of Minneapolis, MN and John Wood of Jonesville, VA, four sisters Wanda Ramey of Dayton, OH, Phyllis Fannon of Woodway, VA, Carolyn Rasnic of New Tazewell, TN and Judy Hubble of Middlesboro, KY. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, March 25, 2022 at Lee Memorial Gardens in Woodway, VA with Josh Leonard officiating. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at 9:45 AM Friday for the graveside service.
