He was preceded in death by his mother Maddlen Fee and infant brother Russell Fee. Ricky is survived by his father Coburn Fee of Rose Hill, VA and two brothers Chris Fee of Rose Hill, VA and Jason Fee of Pennington Gap, VA. A private burial will take place at a later date.
