Obituary Rick Cooper age 59 of St. Charles, VA was born Friday, November 21, 1958 in Pennington Gap, VA and passed away Monday, February 5, 2018 at his home. He had formerly worked in construction as a house framer. He was preceded in death by his parents Andrew Cooper and Shirley Scott, two sisters Brenda Brady, Melissa Ann Cooper and one brother Mike Cooper. Rick is survived by his wife Nancy Jane Cooper of Interlocke, FL, two daughters Valerie Cooper of Pennington Gap, VA, Samantha Corley and husband, Mitchell of Interlocke, FL and six grandchildren. He is also survived by one brother Mick Cooper of Pucketts Creek and one sister Deborah K. Cooper of Saucier, MS. A memorial service will be conducted at 12:00 noon, Monday, February 12, 2018 in the Province Funeral Home Sanctuary in Pennington Gap with Paul Davis Jr. officiating.
