Obituary Regena Ann Moore Robbins, age 74, of Woodway, VA passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2023, at her home surrounded by her family. If you knew her, you knew her as someone who loved her family more than anything and did whatever she could to make sure they were taken care of. She worked as a nurse for many years and always had great compassion for her patients; and loved her co-workers who were more like family. Before she got sick, she turned her heart and trust over to our Lord and Saviour, and enjoyed going to church at Eastern Sunrise Freewill Baptist Church, and loved her church family. Regena was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jerry; her father and mother, Elmer and Freesia Moore, of Maness; her brothers, Wayne Keith Moore, Johnny Calvin Moore, Colin Moore, and Buck Moore; and her sisters, Juanita Payne, Azalene Ridings, Alta Akers, and Faye Whited. Left to treasure her memory, are her children, Jennifer Robbins; Shane and wife, Missy Robbins; and Shannon and husband, David Bates. Her grandchildren, Joshua and Chris Robbins; Kayleigh and husband, Bam Rowden; Alex, Abby, and Jonathan Bates; and Nolan and Kaity Davidson; and great-granddaughters, Caroline Rowden and Iris Thacker. She is also survived by her sisters, Brenda Ewing and Barbara Ridings; her brother, Bill Moore; all of her special nieces and nephews, and many friends. The family plans to do a Celebration of Life at a later time.
