Obituary Raelyana Ellyse Mae Owen, age 2 , born November 28, 2016, joined her two unborn siblings in her heavenly home on August 1, 2019. Raelyana is preceded by her Great-grandparents Grant and Geraldine Cowan, James H. and Nola Owen, Darrell and Linda Cottrell, and Poppy Arthur Long. She is survived by he Parents Cody and Brittany Owen of the home; her baby brother Owen; her sister Kylas Parsons of Ben Hur, VA; her grandparents Rebecca and Travis Garrett of Dryden, VA, Papaw Harold Owen, Teresa Cowan of St. Charles, VA, Jerry and Lisa Randolph of Lebanon, TN, Alisha Owen of Pennington Gap, VA, Papaw Wayne and Mamaw Lisa Cowan of Jonesville, VA; uncle Mike and Auntie Stacy Owen; Auntie Rachel and Uncle Mark Horton; Auntie Kara 'Mimi' Owen and Uncle Justin 'Juju' Woliver; Auntie Elaine and Uncle Tony Barnette; Uncle Ethan Wynn; Uncle Jared Wynn; Uncle David and Auntie Asia Randolph; Auntie Dede 'Sissy' and Uncle Justin Cowan; Auntie Tiffany and uncle Jared Edens; Uncle Bo 'Bobo' Cottrell and many uncles, aunts, cousins and a host of extended family.
