Phyllis Faye Disney passed away on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at her home in Keokee, Virginia. Phyllis' soul will continue living through her adoring family and friends. Phyllis was a caring woman who, throughout her lifetime, devoted herself to her religion and the people around her. Phyllis was born May 22, 1944, to a large family, Phyllis was a stunning and loving woman who left an impression on everyone she met.

Phyllis was Preceded in death by the absolute love of her life Walter JR Disney. Her parents Harold and Estelle (Phillips) Fleener, her siblings Gene Fleenor, Garald Fleenor, and Barbra Kenneth, and her Grandchild Corey Quillen.

Phyllis is survived by her siblings Ronald and Elsie Fleenor, Donald and Betty Fleenor, Roger and Aleene Fleenor, and Caroline "Cricket" Fleenor. Her children are Sheila and Mack Quillen, Walter and Jamie Disney, and Kenneth and Tina Disney. Her Grandchildren, are Ryan and Tiffany Disney, Savanna Disney (fiance Jonathan), Santana Disney (fiance Nathan), Rebecca and Daniel Coomer, Dustin and Kayla Disney, Aaron and Jordan Disney, Kandace and Letcher Jackson, Seth Quillen, Kristian Bruce, and Austin Stapleton. Her great-grandchildren are Daniel

"D" Coomer, Alison Coomer, Blake Disney, Scott Disney, Zoey Disney, Javan Hull, Parker Hileman, Kailani Hileman, and Landen Mason.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 15th, 2024, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Pennington Gap Funeral Home. A funeral service celebrating Phyllis's life will follow at 3:00 pm with Pastor Paul Davis, Jr. officiating.

A committal service will follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
