Obituary Penny Jo Fawbush Noe age 64 of Jonesville, VA was born September 10, 1956 in Lafayette, IN and passed away August 2, 2021. Penny was a member of Bethel Church in Ocoonita. Penny was preceded in death by her parents Ira Lee & Barbara Rose Fawbush and her sister Ruth Ann Vaughn. Penny is survived by her husband Everett C. Noe of the home; sisters, Nina R. Wells of Pennington Gap, VA and Brenda K. Manix of Greenville, OH; maternal aunt, Sandy (Kay) Smith of West Point, IN; brother-in-law, Bernard Noe of Jonesville, VA; children, Cindy S. Byington and husband David Byington of Forth Worth, TX; Jennifer McClimans of Ohio; Gary L. McClimans, II of Picayune, MS; Rosemary Sumpter Scott of Lillian, AL; and stepchildren Pamela Noe and Timothy and wife Lorie Noe with their children and grandchildren all of Phoenix, AZ. She is survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Stephanie L. Bennett and husband Andrew (sons, Jackson Lee and Nolan David), of Waycross, GA, Kevin N. Byington and wife Tasha (daughter, Lillian Grace), of Suwanee, GA, Thomas and Aeron McClimans of Hillsboro, AL, and William and Wesley Scott of Lilian, AL.
