Peggy Joyce (Hall) Harber age 89 of Gray, TN and formerly of Kingsport passed away Friday, November 15, 2024 at the Lifecare Center of Gray. Peggy was born March 6, 1935 in St. Charles, VA to the late Odas and Lilly Nellie (Griffin) Hall.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her son Jeffrey Alan Payne, brothers Gillis Hall and James Hall, sisters Orpha Jones, Eve Luetje and Joan Cooper.

Peggy is survived by her daughter Renee Payne of New York, her sisters Anita Reasor of Indiana and Audrey Stapleton of Ohio, friend and caregiver Lisa Quaintance of Tennessee. Peggy is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

At Peggys request she will be cremated with no formal service.
