Paul Steven "Biggin" Jessee Jr; age 49 of the Wagoner Town Community of St. Charles, VA was born on Saturday, November 25, 1967 in Pennington Gap, VA and passed away on Friday, October 27, 2017 at his home in St. Charles. Steve had worked as a loader operator for General Shale before becoming disabled and was a member of the First Baptist Church of St. Charles. He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Jessee. He is survived by his daughters, Regan and Madison Jessee of St. Charles, VA; his father, Paul Steven Jessee Sr. of the home; his sister, Dana Blondell and husband Terry of St. Charles, VA; two nephews, Adam and Jeremy Blondell, both of St. Charles and several great nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, October 30, 2017 at Lee Memorial Gardens in Woodway, VA with Paul Davis Jr. officiating. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at 1:45 P.M. Monday for the service.
