Obituary Norma Jean Robbins age 68 of Keokee, VA was born May 6, 1952 in Washington, DC and passed away February 2, 2021 in Kingsport, TN. She was a member of the Bethesda Freewill Baptist Church in Dryden, VA and loved her church more than anything. She was preceded in death by her parents Bruce and Fern Bernstein, two sisters Linda Miller and Sharon Stallbories, two brothers Robert Bernstein and Kevin Bernstein and a grandson Dennis Allen. Norma is survived by her husband James Robbins of the home, one son James Robbins of Harrogate, TN, two daughters Tina Allen and husband, Dennis of Jonesville, VA, Tracie Dockery and husband, Justin of Dungannon, VA, her grandchildren Isabella Dockery, Hayden Dockery, Courtney Davis, CJ Allen, Jessi Robbins, Christian Robbins and Hannah Allen, great-grandchildren Keegan Castle and Gracie Perry, step-mother Fran Berstein of College Park, MD, two brothers Bruce Bernstein of Denton, TX, Ricky Bernstein of College Park, MD, one sister Kathy Miller of Denton, TX A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, February 6, 2021 at Millers Chapel Cemetery in Jonesville, VA with Brother Greg Carmony officiating. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at 10:45 AM for the service. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.provincefuneralhome.com.
