Obituary Noah Alvin Long age 91 of Ewing, VA was born June 7, 1929 in Appalachia, VA and went to his Heavenly Home on July 21, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents Gordon Daniel and Mary Ellen Long. Noah is survived by his wife of 67 years Lucy Long of the home, four daughters Susan Gibson and husband, Clarence of Jonesville, VA, Pamela Murphy and husband, Dan Christine Fields and husband, David, Stella Richmond and husband, Cordell all of Indianapolis, IN, twelve grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, two sisters Ruby Edmonds of St. Charles, VA , Evelyn Rogers and husband, Bud of Clifton, OH. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, July 25, 2020 at Friendship Independent Baptist Church in Ewing, VA with Pastor Jason Ivy officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until the time of the service. Burial will follow at Lee Memorial Gardens in Woodway, VA.
