Ms. Irma Jo Osborne, previously of Rose Hill, VA, passed away on Friday, April 3, 2015. Ms. Osborne was a Virginia native born in Calvin, VA. She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Thomas Liddell, her parents, Lee Barker Jr. and Sylvia R. Barker, her brother, James R. Barker, sister Norma Muse, sister Betty Abney. Survived by her brother, survived by her 4 children, Robert Hyder, Joyce Hyder, Donita and Scott Dacus and William Goss. Her 7 grandchildren, Kerrie Landino, Kristen Westbrooks, Stefani Patterson, Jeremiah Cain, Elizabeth Hyder, Gene Hyder and Brittany Pattillo. as well as 5 great-grandchildren. Her brother, Palmer (Ted) Barker and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be held in Pennington Gap at Province Funeral Home on Saturday, April 11th, 2015 from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Ms. Osborne will be buried in Atlanta, GA on Tuesday, April 14th, 2015 with services by Bill Head Funeral Home in Duluth, GA. We are located at 42098 E.
