He was preceded in death by his grandparents Jessie and Nina West and Hubert and Ossie Cooper. He is survived by his parents Gary and Victoria Cooper of St. Charles, VA, one daughter Haley Seiber of Jonesville, VA, one brother Gary Cooper of Stone Creek, VA, one sister Jessica Harless of Woodway, VA, A nephew that is like a son Alex Tanner of Woodway, VA, special niece Kara Cooper of Lynchburg, VA and nieces Autumn Bishop, Ossie Troxal of Woodway, VA, Cammy Cooper and Macy Cooper of Stone Creek, VA. A graveside service will be held at Cooper Cemetery on Pucketts Creek at a later date.
