Obituary Melvin Pat Garrett age 74 of Pennington Gap, VA was born Thursday, August 17, 1944 in Pennington Gap, and passed away Friday, December 7, 2018 at Heritage Hall in Big Stone Gap, VA. He was preceded in death by his parents Chester and Allie Garrett, four sisters and six brothers. Pat is survived by nieces, nephews and sisters-in-law.
