Mary A. Martin, 76, of Pennington Gap went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at Heritage Hall of Big Stone Gap.

Mary was born on May 31, 1947 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Paul Whitacre and Marie Whitacre.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her sister, Dot Whitacre.

Surviving are her loving husband of 57 years, David Martin; son, David Paul Martin and wife Gina; daughter, Beverly Ann Martin; 9 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.

Per Mary's request she will be cremated with no formal services.
