Marshall Wayne Grace, 80, of Woodway, Virginia went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 9, 2024.

Marshall was born in Dryden, Virginia on October 27, 1944. He attended Beech Grove Baptist Church. Marshall loved his family and friends. He was always a hard worker. He loved working and keeping busy and always working on a project.

He was proceeded in death by his beloved wife, Carolyn Elizabeth (Hylton) Grace, his youngest son, Randy Wayne Grace, his parents, Roy and Lola Grace, his sister, Shirley and husband Lynn Burgin, his brothers, Roy Jr. and wife Nora bell Grace, Glenn Grace, James (Jay) and wife Effie Grace, Kenneth Grace, Ted Grace, and Fred Grace.

Marshall is survived by his two daughters, Lena Grace and Pam Reed and husband Robert of Woodway, and his son, Jeff Grace and wife Norma of Ben Hur. His three Grandsons, Tim Reed and wife Peggy of Ben Hur, Kolby Reed and wife Ally of Hickory Flats, Grant Mullins and wife Megan of Jonesville. His great-granddaughters, Penny Mullins and Amanda Evans. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at Pennington Gap Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at Pennington Gap Funeral Home with Pastor Robert Moore and Pastor Josh Leonard officiating. A committal service will follow at Lee Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
