Mark Anthony Sloce, 56, of Ewing went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at his residence.

Mark was born on August 8, 1968 in Wise, Virginia to the late Joe Sloce and Ollie Brock Sloce. Mark started driving a truck at 16 years old and drove a truck until he opened Mark's Auto detailing and operated that for the last several years. Mark was a loving husband, father, uncle, brother, and friend.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his brothers, Wayne Sloce and Gerald Sloce; and in-laws, Roger and Nancy Pauley.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Marie Pauley Sloce; daughter, Chantel Bundy and husband Zach; son, Blake Sloce; godson, Eric Smith and wife Ashley; brothers, Ray (Kathy) Sloce, JM (Donna) Sloce, Freddie (fiancé Marlene) Sloce; sisters, Barbara Barnette and Judy Addington; brother in-law, Jack (Rhonda) Pauley; sister in-laws, Michelle Taylor and Ashlee (Steve) Middleton; along with many beloved nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 pm on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at Pennington Gap Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow with Bro JM Sloce officiating.

A committal service will follow at Ewing-McClure Cemetery with Zach Bundy, Eric Smith, Jack Pauley, Steve Middleton, and Bradlee Taylor serving as pallbearers.
