Obituary Margie Sue Martin of Pennington Gap, Virginia was born July 11, 1940 and went to join the Lord on January 8, 2023. She was a homemaker and spent most of her life in Lee County. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Chesnie Johnson, her husband, Worley Martin, and her siblings, Jack, Allen and Wayne Johnson, Betty Ranville, Helen Lindsey and Shirley Lingar. She is survived by her sister, Ruth Kennedy and her sons Jim (Deb) Martin and Terry (Terrie) Martin; her grandchildren Christina (Darren) Mullins, Jimmy (Jessie) Martin, and Rachel (Jacob) Thomas; hergreat-grandchildren, Luke and Lucy Martin, Ethan and Madison Mullins, and Jace Thomas; and special caregiver, Anna Pace. Visitation will be from 12:00 until 1:00 PM Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at Province Funeral Home in Pennington Gap, VA. A funeral service will be at 1:00 PM Wednesday with Josh Osteen officiating.
