Obituary Margaret Sue Maggard age 71 of Keokee, VA was born February 11, 1951 in Keokee and passed away January 3, 2023 at Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, TN. She was preceded in death by her husband Palmer Maggard, parents Kermit and Eva Witt, two sisters Louise Mathis and Pat Witt, five brothers Jake, Leo, Larry, Ralph and Mike Witt. Margaret is survived by one son Shane Begley of Keokee, VA, two daughters Pam Begley of Keokee, VA, Claressa Young of Keokee, VA, five grandchildren Devan, Shelbie, Louie, Dustin and Alyssa. She is also survived by two brothers Bill Witt and wife, Stella of Mississippi, Doug Witt and wife, Shelly of Indiana, two sisters Dora Beard of Colorado and Nancy Ward of Cincinnati, OH, special cousins Joyce Collins, Jackie Oaks, numerous nieces, nephews and great friends. Visitation will be from 10:00 until 11:00 AM Friday, January 6, 2023 at Province Funeral Home in Pennington Gap, VA. A funeral service will be at 11:00 AM Friday with Bill Hughes officiating.
