Lula Cloud age 91 of Pennington Gap, VA was born Wednesday, May 27, 1925 in Jonesville, VA and passed away at the Lee Nursing and Rehab Center in Pennington Gap, VA on Sunday, January 29, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband James Cloud, parents Jonas and Emily Sexton, one sister Rosa Mae Sexton and six brothers Jim, Rufus, Uyless, Lewis, Sid and Saul Sexton. Lula is survived by several nieces and nephews and special niece Edith Dennison. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at the Province Funeral Home Sanctuary in Pennington Gap, VA with Paul Davis, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at the Millers Chapel Cemetery in Jonesville, VA. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm Tuesday until the time of the service.
