Lora Haynes age 69 of Pennington Gap, VA was born Thursday, April 24, 1947 in Detroit, MI and passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at her home. She had formerly worked as a seamstress and was of the Mormon Belief. She was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Ellois McMurdy. Loris is survived by her husband Ernest Haynes of the home, two sons Harvey Haynes of Pennington Gap, VA and Ernest C. Haynes and wife, Sue of Bristol, TN, one daughter Angela Hughes and husband, Michael Lasley of Pennington Gap, VA. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and two brothers Kenneth McMurdy of Michigan and Robert McMurdy of Hamtramack, MI.
